Ares Tech Inc Group (“Amp”, “we”, “our” or “us”) offers a personalized fitness experience by using progress-tracking algorithms and delivering interactive workouts tailored to your experience. We also operate the website ampfit.com and any subdomains and related features (“Website”). We are dedicated to protecting your privacy rights and making our practices regarding your Personal Information more transparent and fair. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was designed to help you better understand the information we collect, store, use and disclose, and it applies whenever you visit our Website.
This Policy addresses the disclosure requirements under the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq., as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, and the regulations enacted thereunder (collectively: "CCPA").

For the avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.
Subject to the stated below, we do not knowingly collect or disclose any Sensitive Personal Information (as this term is defined under the CCPA) for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027 (m) of the CCPA Regulations.

This Policy has been drafted in the English language, which is the original and controlling version of this Policy.
